Origen USA Inc. built the UnifiCX Mobile Client app as a free app. This service is provided by Origen USA Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

UnifiCX Mobile Client is used with Origen’s Cloud PBX systems , which provide communication and collaboration services for users. Personal Information: Details associated with your UnifiCX extension, such as names, Billing information and contact information, used for PBX administrative purposes and call functions.
Extension Information: Information such as extension number, email, and login details used for password recovery.
Sensor Usage: Device sensors such as proximity, acceleration, and gyroscope may be used for QR code login, call functions, and screen adjustments during video calls.
Camera and Microphone Permissions: Required for video calls, instant messaging, and capturing photos or videos with your consent.
Call Detail Records (CDRs): Information about calls made via the system, including source and destination details.
Device Identifiers: Unique device identifiers for compatibility and troubleshooting.
Local Phone Contacts: Contact information used for calling or accessing phone contacts through UnifiCX.
Call Recordings (Optional): If enabled, recordings include phone numbers and conversation details. Both parties are notified when recording is active.
Voicemail: Includes caller names, numbers, and recorded messages. This feature can be disabled.
Conferencing: Details of participants in conference calls and recorded conversations, if enabled.
Instant Messaging (IM) Service: Includes chat messages, media, and documents exchanged via the app. IM features require permission to access the camera or photo gallery.
Software Installation List: Specific SDKs used for login, diagnostics, or security may request access to your device's software information.
Other Technical Information: Information such as IP address, Browser type and version, Device type and operating system, Access times and referring URLs, Call records and communication metadata (for PBX services)

UnifiCX processes your data to:
Deliver telephony and communication services through Origen’s Cloud PBX.
Send administrative notifications such as password resets.
To Provide and Improve Our Services
Set up and manage user accounts
Process payments and billing information

Call Recordings: If enabled, recordings can be deleted via the app or web portal.
CDRs and Voicemails: Deletable through the app or permanently via the web portal.
Other Data: We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
